Manufacturer warranty
New products we sell carry the warranty provided by the original manufacturer. Coverage length and terms vary by manufacturer and product line, and the manufacturer's written warranty statement controls. We can tell you the warranty term for any product before you order. Where available, the warranty term is noted on your quote.
Making a claim
- Within our return window: contact us using the form on our Contact page for an RMA. See our Returns & RMA Policy.
- After the return window: most manufacturers process claims directly. We will point you to the right manufacturer process and help with documentation such as proof of purchase and serial numbers. Where a claim must go through the selling channel, we coordinate it with our supplier for you.
Systems we configure
Workstations and servers we assemble are built from new components, each covered by its own manufacturer warranty. Any additional assembly or workmanship coverage FloraGPU provides is stated on your quote and invoice.
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, inadequate power or cooling, liquid, or unauthorized modification
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers or warranty labels
- Data loss. Back up your data before servicing or returning any product.
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, and consumables

FloraGPU does not provide its own warranty on products beyond what is stated in our policies or on your invoice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
