Our commitment
FloraGPU complies with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774), the economic sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other applicable U.S. trade laws.
No sales to sanctioned destinations
We do not sell, ship, export or re-export products to countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes, or to persons in them. These include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine. Extensive export restrictions also apply to Russia, Belarus, Syria and other destinations, and we do not ship to them. This list can change, and the current U.S. government lists control.
No sales to restricted parties
We do not sell to any person or organization on a U.S. government restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the BIS Entity List, Denied Persons List, Unverified List and Military End-User List, or to entities owned or controlled by them, without the authorization required by law.
Prohibited end uses
We do not sell products for use in nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, missile or unmanned delivery systems, or other end uses prohibited under the EAR, including prohibited military, military-intelligence and advanced-computing or supercomputer end uses.
Advanced computing items
Certain high-performance GPUs, AI accelerators and systems that contain them are controlled under the EAR (for example, under ECCNs 3A090 and 4A090 and related “.z” items) and may require a U.S. government license for export, re-export or in-country transfer to many destinations. We sell for delivery within the United States, and buyers may not export these items without any required license.
Order screening
We may screen any order, buyer, ship-to address or end user against U.S. government restricted-party lists and for export red flags. We may ask for end-use or end-user information or a signed end-use statement, and we may delay, decline or cancel any order that we believe may violate U.S. law. We do not ship to freight forwarders or re-export addresses without prior review and approval.
Your responsibilities
By purchasing from FloraGPU, you agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You will not export, re-export or transfer any product in violation of those laws, and you will obtain any required license before doing so. You represent that you are not a restricted party and are not acting on behalf of one.
